Great for breakfast or just an anytime snack! π
Ingredients:
- 1 peach β peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 container (1 serving) of Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp puffed/popped quinoa
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tablespoon mixed nuts (optional)
To create this dish:
In a short glass, layer the popped quinoa, peach and yogurt. Then top with nuts of your choice.
Now β drizzle the honey and devour! π
